Because every luxury piece is crafted to your exact specs, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect measurements. A quick measure now means a flawless, comfy fit the moment your Haus of Mane wig arrives.

Purchase policy

  • All wig sales are final. Custom and ready‑to‑ship orders cannot be refunded, exchanged, or canceled after purchase, except when a documented company error occurs.
  • Before paying, confirm your cap measurements and all order details. The Haus of Mane is not responsible for sizing or fit errors caused by incorrect information provided by the client.
  • Billing name, billing address, and shipping address must match the payment method. Orders may require verification and will not be processed until confirmation is complete.
  • Shipments will require a signature on delivery. Once tracking shows delivered, responsibility transfers to the client.
